This concept is UNWORKABLE in US and the rest, but in Kenya, a reality. Our gateway is now being used to process payments for online betting, e-ticketing for Bus seats etc.

It is a very exciting time here for us and you would not believe the challenges and solutions we are being dared to do.

I am so frustrated that I cannot use *my* credit cards and *my* paypal account when I am out of the US. I can use wakina TOR to change my ISP, but that's just bogus as why should I have to do that? And while Google checkout still works (long live the empire!), not that many vendors (or at least the ones that I tried to buy stuff from) have a merchant account with them. Now if your platform allows me to deposit a certain amount of money into my mPesa account and then pay with mPesa for stuff that I want to buy online, that that is golden as far as I'm concerned.
