I did my app using their adaptive payments API , submitted it and all went well until it hit compliance...all heal broke loose. I first got an email to explain what my app does ..what??? then another email that my account had been limited. I called them and my account was unlocked. A few days later , my account was frozen for 180 days. So, no ..Paypal are not the answer. I think we need to do this on our own. Your posts a hilarious :)

After all these years, even after after implementing the phenomenal Mpesa for ourselves, I'm surprised we haven't developed our own homegrown payment option and presented it to our diaspora as an alternative to use when sending money to Africa.
